Job Summary
A Life Insurance Consultant is responsible for advising clients on suitable life insurance policies to meet their financial protection and investment needs. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, explaining policy benefits, and closing sales while maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business.
- Provide after-sales service and assist clients with policy-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
- Follow company compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
- Experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial services is an advantage
