Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to generate leads, conversions, and ROI through paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Set up campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, and engagement
- Perform audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Run A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per result
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking
- Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in Meta Ads / Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting & lookalike audiences
- Understanding of sales funnels and performance marketing
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of Conversion API (CAPI) and tracking tools
- Ability to handle ad budgets (₹50K–₹5L+)
- Basic copywriting or creative strategy skills
