Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments.
- Ensure implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure product quality.
- Analyze customer complaints and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Drive root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP.
- Reduce internal rejection, customer complaints, and supplier quality issues through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate customer and certification audits.
- Develop and monitor quality KPIs, including PPM, rejection rate, rework, FPY, and COPQ.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Train, mentor, and develop the quality team while promoting a strong quality culture.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchase, Engineering, and Sales departments to achieve quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, statutory requirements, and company policies.

- Strong knowledge of brass machining, forging, casting, threading, plating, polishing, and assembly processes.

- Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and dimensional inspection techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (preferred), and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in quality tools including PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, 8D, and CAPA.
- Experience using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauges, Air Gauges, Profile Projector, and CMM.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
Pay: ₹35,700.00 - ₹50,500.00 per month
