Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for corporate, sales, distribution, warehouse, and plant employees.
- Ensure accurate processing of attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and salary revisions.
- Maintain employee master data, personal files, HR records, and HRMS.
- Handle employee joining, onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and full & final settlements.
- Manage payroll-related statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with Finance, Payroll vendors, Sales, Operations, and Plant teams for timely payroll closure.
- Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, incentives, benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare monthly HR and payroll MIS, headcount reports, attrition reports, and management dashboards.
- Support recruitment and manpower planning for sales, distribution, warehouse, and plant requirements.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues in coordination with business managers.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.
- Conduct regular audits of attendance, payroll, employee records, and statutory documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, manufacturing, food, or distribution companies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software.
- Experience handling large field/blue-collar and white-collar employee populations will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, employee-handling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet strict monthly payroll deadlines.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
