Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while supporting day-to-day HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building a positive workplace culture and contributing to organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Draft and post job descriptions across job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Manage offer rollout, documentation, and pre-onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
- Handle IT recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Employee Engagement
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design initiatives that improve workplace culture and morale.
- Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements to engagement programs.
- Coordinate logistics, budgets, and vendor management for engagement events.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction and exit formalities.
- Assist in HR operations, including leave management, employee documentation, and policy implementation.
- Ensure timely maintenance of employee records and HR reports while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities independently.
- Familiarity with ATS or HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
