Role Objective
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Kerala region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing key accounts, and promoting our core services (Networking, Servers, Security, and Cloud) to corporate and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients across various sectors (IT, Healthcare, Government, and Manufacturing).
- Solution Selling: Understand client technical requirements and propose customized IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking (routing/switching), and cybersecurity.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, Purchase Heads).
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest hardware and software offerings from partners (e.g., Servers, UTM/Firewalls, Cloud platforms) to provide expert consultations.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the South Indian market.
- Tendering & Proposals: Manage the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and oversee participation in government or corporate tenders.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Kochi/Kerala region to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in IT Sales, specifically in IT Infrastructure, Hardware, or System Integration.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking, Server Infrastructure, Cybersecurity solutions, and Software Licensing.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Local Insight: Strong networking and market knowledge of the Ernakulam/Kochi business landscape.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a B2B environment.
