Profile: Sales Executive-Ecommerce-Surat-3 LPA
Experience:
2-5 years
(Preferred: SaaS / POS / Payments / Logistics / E-commerce sales)
Salary Range: 20k to 25k + incentives
Roles:
- Manage Gujarat territory and identify target clients
- Generate leads via field visits, events, referrals
- Build strong local network
- Cold outreach, client meetings, product demos
- Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals
- Convert prospects into paying customers
- Maintain post-sale relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding handover
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Visit client locations regularly
- Understand business needs and provide solutions
- Update CRM with leads, pipeline, and status
- Track performance and sales metrics
- Work with support team for issue resolution
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns/events
Qualification:
- Graduate (any field)
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) - Good to have
