Position: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with potential and existing customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule appointments for the sales or consultation team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Address customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in healthcare, education, banking, insurance, or customer service is an added advantage.
