Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consultative B2B sales by understanding client business needs and HR challenges
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and focus on revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective client accounts
- Deliver a high level of client engagement and relationship management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and solution delivery
Candidate Requirements:
- (Psychology Postgraduates may also be considered)
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Prior experience in service sales will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage confidently with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- High level of ownership, drive, and relationship-building capability
- Must be willing to travel
- Candidate should own a vehicle
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong exposure to consultative selling
- Ability to understand and pitch solutions around business and HR challenges
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a field sales role
- Passion for building long-term client partnerships
Selection Process:
The interview process will include a Behavioural Assessment, which candidates will be required to clear.
Pay: From ₹650,000.00 per year
