Team Profile:
A&M's Global Tax business has a team of highly skilled and seasoned tax professionals, experienced in providing practical tax advice to corporate and private equity clients throughout the transaction life cycle. We are now rapidly expanding across Asia and looking for bright seasoned TAX professionals for our India office.
A&M professionals come with deep operating and financial-related experience. The team uses an integrated, focused, and tailored approach to rapidly identify and understand potential deal breakers, value drivers, and other areas of specific interest to our clients. Our professionals have significant experience on both buy side and sell side transactions across multiple different industries

A&M's Disputes and Investigations practice comprises professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, who bring and share their deep expertise in conducting investigations, investigative due diligence for investment and lending decisions, delivering expert witness reports, advising on corporate governance, compliance and risk management, cyber and data privacy risk, and providing forensic technology services.
Our professionals advise clients on internal investigations involving white-collar crimes and financial crimes, embezzlement of funds, financial statement fraud, misuse of corporate assets etc. We also assist in litigation and arbitration matters involving expert witness engagements buy-sell disputes, construction contracts, claim for damages and royalties and accounting issues.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence
< >Basic knowledge of Indirect tax laws particularly Goods and Services Tax (GST), Customs and developments in the lawAssisting with compiling, analyzing, and documenting information in an investigation, dispute, or other accounting-related matterAssist in preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionAssist in GST audits, assessments, and preparation of required documentationAssist in responding to tax notices and queries from authoritiesCompilation and filing of GST registrationsContributing to the updating of complex financial models and analysesDocumenting analyses assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information usedAssisting with the drafting of reports and other client deliverablesPerforming quality control review of reports and other client deliverablesAssisting with researching technical and industry-specific issuesDeveloping and suggesting solutions to complex problems by thinking “outside the box”Balancing multiple client projects and other responsibilities
