Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities to ensure smooth deployment. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across multiple teams and proactive problem-solving are integral parts of the daily workflow to drive the success of the solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate platform performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service,
- Experience in cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques.
- Ability to design scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with release management and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
