About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant / Junior Merchandiser to support B2B jewellery sales and merchandising in India. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams (Design, Production, Sourcing) to develop commercially viable jewellery collections and ensure timely execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sales and merchandising, from client requirement to order execution
- Coordinate with Design, Production & Sourcing teams for product development
- Maintain costing sheets, pricing data, and order development records
- Track sampling, production, and delivery timelines
- Assist in client presentations and market/product research
- Manage multiple client accounts with timely follow-up and communication
- Support commercial discussions with a focus on pricing and margins
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in Sales/Merchandising (Jewellery industry preferred)
- Understanding of jewellery products and manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills
- Commercial awareness — costing, pricing, margins
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Fluent in English and Hindi
