About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident HR & Soft Skills Trainer who can deliver engaging training sessions and support students in developing professional and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for conducting HR-related sessions, soft skill development programs, and career guidance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sessions on communication skills, personality development, teamwork, leadership, and workplace etiquette.
- Deliver HR-related topics including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll basics, POSH awareness, and corporate behaviour.
- Prepare presentations, activities, role plays, and other interactive learning materials.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, group discussions, and mock interview sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Support placement activities and career guidance initiatives.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and session evaluations.
- Encourage active student participation and confidence building.
- Facilitate both classroom and online sessions when required.
- Collaborate with management and faculty members to improve learning outcomes.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, English, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching, training, or student mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HR concepts and corporate practices.
- Ability to conduct sessions confidently and interactively.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online presentation tools.
