Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance, while supporting overall HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managed the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Performance Management: Directed performance management cycles, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to support employee development and organizational success.
- HR Operations: Maintaining employee records and HR databases, Managing attendance, leaves, and timekeeping. Preparing HR-related letters, documents, and reports.
- Payroll & Compliance: Assisting in salary preparation. Maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Ensuring HR policies are followed.
- HR Policies & Legal Compliance: Developed and enforced HR policies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Employee Relations: Handled sensitive employee relations issues with discretion, offering guidance on conflict resolution and ensuring timely and effective communication with employees.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Drove initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and support continuous professional development programs.
- Data-Driven HR Reporting: Managed HR reporting, utilizing data insights to provide strategic recommendations for improving workforce productivity and engagement.
- Confidentiality & HR Systems: Ensured the confidentiality of employee records and data, maintaining up-to-date HR systems for secure and accurate record-keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
