About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in the furniture industry, specifically in veneer furniture manufacturing and operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of veneer processes, furniture production standards, quality control, and coordination with design and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee veneer furniture production processes from raw material selection to final finishing.
- Ensure high-quality standards in veneer application, polishing, edge banding, and finishing.
- Coordinate with designers, carpenters, vendors, and factory teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Supervise production schedules and ensure timely delivery of furniture orders.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Optimize production efficiency and reduce material wastage.
- Handle vendor development and sourcing of veneer, plywood, laminates, hardware, and related materials.
- Troubleshoot production and finishing issues related to veneer furniture.
- Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in the furniture industry.
- Mandatory experience in veneer furniture manufacturing and finishing.
- Strong understanding of veneer types, polishing techniques, woodworking machinery, and furniture construction.
- Experience in factory operations, production management, or project execution.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with design teams.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Wood Technology, Production, or related field preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
