About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Procurement Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT hardware, networking equipment, CCTV products, laptop/desktop spare parts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for IT hardware and spare parts.
- Procure laptops, desktops, networking products, CCTV equipment, and accessories.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with project and service teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain inventory availability.
- Track procurement costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and inventory reports.
- Work with ERP/Purchase Management systems and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain functions.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products, CCTV systems, and spare parts is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and procurement software/ERP systems.
