Business Development Executive (IT Solutions)
Location: Borivali, Mumbai (Candidates residing along the Western Line preferred)
About the Role
Zeltonic Solutions LLP is seeking a driven and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to support our expansion in the technology solutions space. The role involves generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, conducting meetings and presentations, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and position technical solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-ups.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to develop suitable proposals and solutions.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in business development/IT sales/software sales/technology solutions sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Exceptional freshers with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and an interest in technology sales may also be considered.
- Knowledge of CAD and engineering software is a plus but not a prerequisite.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to engage with business decision-makers and understand customer requirements.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation capabilities.

- Willingness to attend client meetings and business development activities when required.
