Designation – (Sales Engineers/Executives/Business Development)
Targets & KRA:
· Order booking:
· Billing:
· Collections:
· Addition of New customers.
· Achievement of Brand wise/Principal wise targets.
1) Compile client list with Products & budget targets for FY 2023-24 based on billing of last year with growth & new client addition.
2) Make & submit Weekly/Monthly visit, sales plan & Reports, in prescribed format, periodically
3) Generate Enquiry from Existing & New Clients.
4) Regenerate from existing client the Same business & New Products
5) Monitor Enquiry, PO, Billing & Execution of Job, customer wise
6) Prepare & send appropriate offers, as per Co. Price list
7) Negotiate & Take order on profitable margin.
8) Attend calls on time & give feedback to client.
9) Attend & conduct meetings for propagating product knowledge
10) Co-ordinate with back office team to complete Customer enquiry, Purchase order & billing requisites.
11) Complete the process of Bill submission & follow up for Payment.
12) Achieve above mentioned Targets, as assigned, on Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly & Annual basis & submit with your weekly & monthly reports as described below:
i) Sales DSR report, daily/weekly, as found appropriate.
ii) Monthly: Order booking, Billing, collections, Addition of New customers.
iii) Quarterly: Order booking, Billing, collections, Addition of New customers.
13) Contribute to Sales team/colleagues on awareness & competitor’s intelligence about new products which comes in the market.
14) Manage, assist & Train subordinates, under you.
15) Any other work/Target as assigned, in line with your Qualifications, experience & skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
