About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our HP World team in Bhopal. As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our walk-in and WhatsApp customers—helping them find the right HP products, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Handle WhatsApp-based customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for issue resolution
- Support festive and referral campaigns with timely customer outreach
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and product display readiness
