ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Relations Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for customers from the moment an order is placed until the mattress is successfully delivered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the order and delivery lifecycle.
- Proactively share updates on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries and concerns promptly via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end customer experience.
- Follow up on pending actions and drive timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Build customer confidence and enhance satisfaction through effective, empathetic communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in a Domestic or International Customer Service / Support role
- Prior experience in voice processes, customer relations, or customer support preferred
