EXPERIENCE ? 8-10 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance ? Minimum 4–6 years in defect management / QA governance roles in large-scale SIT programs ? Good communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES • End-to-End Defect Lifecycle Management - Own and govern the complete defect lifecycle across SIT, including logging, triage, prioritization, tracking, closure, and reporting. • Defect Triage Leadership - Plan, drive, and facilitate daily defect triage calls with stakeholders (Test, Development, Architecture, Business), ensuring timely prioritization, ownership alignment, and action tracking. • Severity & Priority Governance - Establish and enforce defect severity/priority guidelines aligned to business impact, ensuring consistency across multiple teams and vendors. • Cross-Team Collaboration - Act as a central coordinator between Test teams (Functional, Automation, Performance) and Development teams, ensuring effective communication and quick resolution of defects. • Defect SLA Management - Monitor and enforce defect resolution SLAs, proactively identifying breaches, driving escalations, and ensuring closure within agreed timelines. • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Trends - Lead defect RCA sessions, identify systemic issues (code, integration, data, environment), and provide actionable insights to reduce defect leakage and recurrence. • Defect Analytics & Reporting - Publish defect dashboards and metrics to s
