Role Overview
We are looking for a highly active, aggressive, and target-oriented Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in real estate sales closures. The candidate must have personally handled and closed multiple property deals and should be presentable, professionally dressed, and confident in client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales for residential/commercial real estate projects
- Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures independently
- Convert walk-ins, leads, and references into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Maintain strong client relationships and post-sales coordination
- Keep accurate sales records and follow-ups
Mandatory Requirements
- 7–8 years of only real estate sales experience
- Proven history of high-volume and high-value sales closures
- Experience with reputed Indian real estate developers or channel partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professionally dressed, presentable, confident personality
- Strong negotiation and deal closing ability
