Job Summary
We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations for automation and instrumentation projects. The candidate will coordinate with the sales and engineering teams, understand customer requirements, and ensure timely submission of accurate proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Review customer enquiries and project specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for costing and technical inputs.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain proposal records.
- Support the sales team during customer discussions and negotiations.
- Ensure proposals comply with company standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc, Diploma
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of automation and instrumentation products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
