IT Administrator

About the Role
Highbrow Game is looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage daily IT operations, support teams, and ensure smooth functioning of systems, access, and infrastructure.
What You Will Do
- Install and support software such as Unity, Maya, Blender, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related tools.
- Manage software licenses, renewals, and compliance.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, switches, firewall, and VPN access.
- Set up and maintain Windows 11 and macOS workstations.
- Administer Google Workspace, email accounts, and Drive permissions.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding access for Slack, Biometric and other internal tools.
- Support device security, backups, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
- Maintain Android/iOS test devices and configure ADB for testing.
- Coordinate hardware procurement, repairs, replacements, and vendor support.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT administration, IT support, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS.
- Experience with Google Workspace Admin Console, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Moderate networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls configurations & troubleshooting.
· Strong experience in hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management, including tracking and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and IT inventory.
- Experience managing software licenses and user access.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to independently own IT operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
