Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and organized part-time HR and Office Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for an individual looking to build their skills in both human resources and office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications (phone, email, and mail), and maintaining office files.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with tracking attendance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits or policy reviews.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed.
