Job Title: Accounts & Operations Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Administrator to manage day-to-day financial tracking, client payment follow-ups, contracts, quotations, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain payment, project, and operations trackers.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and documentation.
- Update and track freelancer payments.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and maintain signed contract records.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for schedules, payments, and project updates.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts, Operations, Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
