Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Photographer to capture high-quality photos and videos and transform them into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and editing, with the ability to create content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for events, products, corporate activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit and produce professional videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations.
- Enhance photos through colour correction, retouching, and image optimisation.
- Create reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for digital marketing.
- Manage camera, lighting, audio, and other photography/videography equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts.
- Organise and maintain a library of digital assets, including photos and video files.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and editing trends and techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing photography and video editing work.
