Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented International Calling Sales Executive to join our voice process team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international customers and prospective clients.
- Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Follow company sales scripts, processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in international/night shifts.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in International Calling, BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Voice Process will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good English communication skills can also apply.
