Job description: NP Green is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions through calls and chat platforms. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, responsive, and capable of handling queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Manage customer queries via chat platforms (WhatsApp, CRM tools, etc.). Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical support, logistics) for issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints. Eligibility & Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, chat tools). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
