Job Title: Project Engineer (PLC)
(Site execution & Project management of BMS, DCS, PLC, ELV projects)
Experience: Minimum 3 -4 Years
Location: Surat, Gujrat
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (per month)
About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated engineers who have 3-4 years’ experience for site execution and project management of BMS, DCS, PLC, and ELV projects. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise, record in DCS, PLC, industrial automation, project execution, project management along with hands on exposure to PLC/SCADA-based control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Site execution and project management:
· Must plan, execute, monitor and control to complete the assigned project site as per scope of work.
· Coordinate with client team and other system wide contractors,
· Ensure fronts availability for work at site to achieve on time milestones defined in the project.
· Forecast material and manpower requirement to achieve timelines of the project
· Prepare site inventory, DPR’s, weekly progress and hinderance list for review with client
· Work on site-level projects involving installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
· Manage activities at site including cable laying, terminations, loop testing, contractor, client coordination, and PLC troubleshooting.
· Actively participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) activities.
· Maintain all site document like measurement sheets , testing ,commissioning reports , As-builds and others.
· Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
· Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Candidate Requirements:
· Mandatory: Hardcore hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA (Siemens, Mitsubishi preferred; similar PLCs acceptable).
· Must have direct site exposure (installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting).
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience .
· Good communication skills and presentable personality.
· Proficiency in English with confidence in client and site interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
· Experience in metro, Railway, tunnels and other infrastructure projects
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
