Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
- Ensure a Smooth check-in and check-out and check -out processes
- Handle guest inquires, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist VIP guests and provide personalized service
- Manage banquet bookings and coordinate with client for event requirements
- Coordinate with the Banquet operations team to ensure smooth execution of events
- Conduct banquet hall inspections before and after events to ensure setup and service standards
- Ensure banquet venues are ready as per event requirements and hotel SOPs
- Answer phone calls, emails and reservation inquires professionally
- Promote hotel facilities, banquet services, and special offers
- Maintain accurate guest and event records in the PMS or relevant systems
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or any relevant field
- 1 to 4 years experience in Front office, Guest Relation
- Communication skills in English and Local Language (Must)
- Basic knowledge of MS office and Hotel PMS/POS systems
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability handle guest complaints calmly
