About Us
Muktaa Wellness is one of India’s leading wellness brands with multiple luxury wellness centers across Mumbai & Thane. We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations across our branches and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise overall maintenance operations for multiple wellness branches across Mumbai & Thane
- Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, AC, steam, lighting, water systems and general civil maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians and contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensure all branches maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and operational functionality
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements proactively
- Maintain AMC records, service schedules and maintenance reports
- Handle emergency breakdowns and urgent repair requirements
- Monitor utility usage and support cost-effective maintenance planning
- Coordinate with branch managers and management team for smooth operations
- Ensure timely completion of all maintenance work with minimum operational disturbance
- Support new branch setup, renovation and interior maintenance activities when required
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred
- Experience in hospitality, spa, hotel, clinic or facility maintenance preferred
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC and civil work
- Ability to handle multiple locations and teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be flexible for travelling across branches
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge preferred
- Candidate should be responsible, disciplined and solution-oriented

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in hotel, spa, wellness center, salon, gym, hospital or facility management industry will be preferred.
