About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, sharp and resourceful Personal Assistant at Skybound Wealth Management. This is not a conventional assistant role, it is a dynamic, hands-on position offering rare exposure to leadership decision-making, strategic execution, and day-to-day operations at the helm of a global business.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious professional seeking meaningful career growth. You will be managing both business and personal administration, supporting communication, digital presence, and project coordination, while learning what it truly takes to scale and run a company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox & Communication Management: Draft and manage emails, maintain structured follow-up lists, ensure timely responses
- Social Media & LinkedIn: Coordinate professional online presence, post and schedule content, engage with relevant audiences
- Travel & Personal Admin: Manage travel itineraries, bookings, appointments, and related documentation
- Diary Management: Organize meetings, calls, reminders, and daily scheduling with flexibility and foresight
- Research & Delegated Tasks: Perform research, prepare briefing notes, support on presentation materials and spreadsheets
You Should Have:
- Native or first-language level English (written and spoken)
- Excellent command of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and digital tools
- A natural ability with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think ahead and solve problems
- A strong desire to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully
- Professionalism, discretion and dependability in all tasks
