Provide end‑to‑end workplace service support by managing environment and space‑related requests through multiple CRM channels. Deliver accurate, timely, and customer‑focused resolutions while meeting defined SLA, quality, and cost standards.

Manage environment and workplace service queries via CRM channels (ServiceNow, email, calls, Teams).

Ensure clear, professional communication and effective issue resolution.

Accurately log, track, and document all interactions in CRM systems.

Validate and process service requests using relevant tools, data sources, and documentation.

Identify exceptions, discrepancies, and aging requests; escalate and follow up as required.

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates.

Analyze trends and data to drive service improvement and efficiency.

Coordinate with internal and cross‑functional teams for timely resolution.

Support space, seat, and reservation management with accurate system updates.

Adhere to OPEX guidelines and continuously upskill on tools and processes.

German language proficiency (B2 and Above) – reading, speaking, and writing.

Strong customer service and CRM operations experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Stakeholder management and SLA awareness.

Exposure to workplace environment or CRM‑based operations.

Knowledge of environment or space management processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.

Flexibility to support European Time Zone.

Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual environment.
