Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students preparing for competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Physics lectures for competitive exams (NEET/JEE or similar).
- Develop and update study materials, assignments, and test papers.
- Monitor student performance and provide personalized guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command over Physics concepts.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Experience in coaching institutes/EdTech platforms is preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Physics or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in Physics.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
