Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in telecalling, lead conversion, sales coordination, and customer relationship management. The candidate must be comfortable handling high call volumes, managing customer interactions professionally, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound or outbound customer calls and maintain a minimum of 200 calls per day.
- Follow up with leads generated through various digital and offline channels.
- Convert prospective leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups related communications.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned leads.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and productivity targets.
- Handle work pressure efficiently while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate strong time management skills to achieve daily objectives without impacting other responsibilities.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through self-learning and training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Outbound Calls, Telecalling, or Lead Conversion roles.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM software.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and lead conversion techniques.
- Proven track record of achieving calling and sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
- Quick learner with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Comfortable working with dialer systems and headset-based calling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any graduate can apply
- Experience in the Building Materials, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Home Improvement, or Construction Industry.
- Basic knowledge of Tiles and Sanitaryware products (training will be provided).
- Knowledge of any regional language will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
