Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support business operations through customer calling, data management, and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, maintaining records, following up with customers, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers, leads, and existing clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Handle email correspondence and customer communication.
- Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Support lead generation and appointment scheduling activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
