Job Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and maintenance of IMM, CNC, SPM, PLC, and automation systems

PLC programming using Siemens S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal, Step 7

HMI designing using WinCC and Comfort Panels

Injection moulding machine integration and automation
-
Robot programming (Fanuc, EPSON, Yaskawa, ABB)

SCADA systems monitoring and data acquisition
-
Preventive & predictive maintenance
-
Electrical panel troubleshooting
-
Handling Profinet & Profibus communication networks
-
Safety PLCs, interlocks, root cause analysis, downtime reduction

Project execution and commissioning
Required Skills

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of safety standards, ISO/IATF regulations
