Key Responsibilities
- Infection Control: Enforce strict sterilization and decontamination standards to prevent surgical site infections.
- Workflow Management: Oversee the unidirectional flow of instruments from decontamination and washing to assembly and autoclaving.
- Staff Supervision: Train and lead CSSD technicians and support staff on equipment handling.
- Inventory Control: Ensure precise tracking, documentation, and timely delivery of surgical trays to the OR.
Core Competencies
- Deep knowledge of autoclave and washer-disinfector operations.
- Proficiency in biological and chemical indicator testing for sterility validation.
- Strong coordination with multidisciplinary surgical teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
