Job Description
HealthSphere Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident and well-spoken freshers to join our growing team as Brand Activation & Operations Executives.
This is a multi-functional role designed for candidates who want practical exposure to brand events, marketing, customer interaction, administration and day-to-day startup operations.
A major responsibility will be supporting UltraPeak® at Devil’s Circuit events across multiple cities. Candidates should therefore be confident approaching new people, communicating in Hindi and English, conducting short participant interviews, and representing the brand professionally.
When not attending events, candidates will work from the office and support different departments with coordination, documentation and general operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent UltraPeak® professionally at events and brand activations.
- Interact with participants and explain the brand/products.
- Conduct short on-camera interviews with participants, athletes and visitors.
- Assist with product sampling and giveaways.
- Encourage visitors to participate in UltraPeak engagement activities.
- Help collect customer feedback, leads and other event data.
- Coordinate with the social media team for event content and interviews.
- Assist the team with event setup, execution and on-ground coordination.
- Be willing to travel to different cities for Devil’s Circuit and other company events.
- Maintain office files, documents and records.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist with calls, emails, follow-ups and internal coordination.
- Support marketing, e-commerce, operations and administration teams whenever required.
- Perform other reasonable operational responsibilities required in a growing startup.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any stream; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken Hindi and English.
- Confident speaking with strangers and large groups.
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera.
- Smart, energetic and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for events.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn different areas of the business.
