We're hiring an HR Manager at CredenceSoft — Kharghar, Navi Mumbai — and we want someone who takes real ownership of the employee experience, not just the paperwork.
Experience: 2–4 Years
MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)
What you'll own:
- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- HR operations & policy implementation
- Employee engagement & grievance handling
- Training & Learning Development
- Exam Center coordination (Pearson & PSI — full training provided)
- General HR administration
What we're looking for:
→ 2–4 years in an HR Generalist or HR Ops role
→ Strong communicator with solid people instincts
→ Proactive, organized, and genuinely growth-oriented
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
