Mandatory: Minimum 1 implementation + 2 support projects in SAP CRM (Sales & Service)
- Strong hands-on configuration and customization experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service transactions
- Demonstrated experience with contract management in SAP CRM
- Experience working with support tools: ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager
- Practical knowledge of CR / problem-ticket lifecycle, handling, and resolution
- Should have worked on incident/problem/change management processes and ticketing workflows
- Experience in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and providing fixes/patches in production/support environments
- Exposure to integration touchpoints (ECC/S4HANA, CC, PI/PO or middleware) is preferred
- Comfortable with requirement analysis, functional design, unit testing, and supporting UAT and production cutover
- Must not be a pure CRM end-user — looking for functional/technical consultants with implementation/support experience
- Good communication skills; able to interact with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders
- Certifications in SAP CRM or related modules are a plus
Pay: ₹641,482.50 - ₹2,156,780.49 per year
