Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organised, detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our growing organisation on a full-time basis.
This is a combined client services, accounting, bookkeeping and operational coordination role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to Australian clients while also assisting with accounts receivable, invoicing, payment tracking, collections, freight coordination, scheduling, CRM management, client onboarding and training.
The position requires someone who is confident dealing directly with Australian clients, has excellent communication skills, is comfortable working with financial information and can manage multiple responsibilities accurately and independently.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Services Coordinator will manage day-to-day client communications through telephone and email, respond to customer enquiries, provide ongoing client support and maintain professional relationships with Australian clients.
The role will be responsible for accounts receivable activities including preparing invoices, monitoring outstanding accounts, reconciling payments, following up overdue accounts and managing collection activities professionally and consistently.
The position will coordinate freight bookings and deliveries, communicate with freight providers, track deliveries and provide customers with relevant delivery updates.
The Client Services Coordinator will assist with new client onboarding, coordinate training and provide clients with information and guidance relating to company systems, processes, reporting platforms and operational procedures. The role will manage scheduling requirements including client training, follow-up calls, meetings, deliveries and other operational activities, ensuring appointments and commitments are accurately recorded and followed through.
The position will maintain accurate customer information, communication records, activities and follow-ups within the company CRM system. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping CRM information current and ensuring important customer interactions, transactions and actions are properly documented.
he role will also provide general operational and administrative support to internal teams, coordinate communication between departments, prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation and records. Accounting & Bookkeeping Requirements Accounting and bookkeeping are a core component of this position.
The successful candidate must have a sound understanding of bookkeeping principles and practical experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, payment tracking and collections.
Practical experience using Xero Accounting Software is preferred. Candidates who do not have previous Xero experience must be open to learning the system and undertaking training provided by the company. The candidate must be comfortable working with financial records and handling customer accounts accurately and confidentially.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with an educational background in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping or Commerce. The candidate should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping or administration. Experience combining accounting responsibilities with customer or client-facing responsibilities will be highly regarded. The candidate must have strong verbal and written English communication skills and be confident communicating directly with Australian clients by telephone and email.

Strong organisational skills are essential. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records without requiring constant supervision. The candidate must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, professionalism and problem-solving ability. The candidate must be comfortable dealing with financial matters and collections while maintaining a professional and positive relationship with clients.
Technical Skills Strong practical experience with Xero is preferred. Candidates without Xero
The candidate must have strong Microsoft Excel skills and be comfortable working with spreadsheet formulas, data management, reporting, sorting and filtering. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is required. Experience using Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform is preferred. Experience with scheduling systems, shared email inboxes and freight booking or coordination systems will be highly regarded. The candidate must be comfortable learning new software, company systems and digital tools and be capable of training clients on systems and processes once sufficient product and system knowledge has been developed. Experience or familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude will be considered an advantage. The role requires someone who can work independently, follow established processes, identify issues before they become problems and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, management and internal departments.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
