Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations (Mechanical, Bodyshop, Washing, PDI).
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, and workshop capacity.
- Monitor job flow, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity.
2. Customer Satisfaction (CSI)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain service quality as per OEM guidelines.
3. Revenue & Profitability
- Drive service revenue, parts sales, and labor sales.
- Monitor key KPIs like productivity, efficiency, and billing.
- Control costs and improve profitability of the service department.
4. Team Management
- Lead and manage Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation activities.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
5. Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and OEM (Mahindra) standards.
- Maintain audit readiness (internal & external audits).
- Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance in the workshop.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Parts, CRM, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure availability of parts for smooth service operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
