About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on equity investments, derivatives (F&O), mutual funds, and other financial products.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment strategies.
- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships.
- Acquire new clients through effective networking and business development.
- Provide portfolio guidance and wealth creation solutions.
- Track market trends and share timely investment insights with clients.
- Promote investment products including Equity, Mutual Funds, IPOs, PMS, Bonds, Fixed Income Products, and Insurance.
- Guide clients on Futures & Options (F&O) strategies and risk management.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet business targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Equity Markets and Financial Products.
- Knowledge of Derivatives (F&O) and Mutual Funds.
- Wealth Management and Financial Planning expertise.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
- Sales and Business Development skills.
- Portfolio Management and CRM exposure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA, PGDM, B.Com, BBA, or Finance-related qualification preferred.
- NISM Certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Broking, Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, or BFSI is preferred.
- Prior experience in Equity Advisory, Investment Sales, or Relationship Management is highly desirable.
