- Own the Final stages of the sales cycle – from warm leads to deal closure.
- Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Procurement Heads) to understand their project requirements
- Create compelling proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and demos of our service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM discipline and prepare weekly pipeline reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in IT services or SaaS products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple sales cycles across geographies.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
