About the Role
The Station Support Associate (SSA) is a frontline role within the EDSP delivery station. SSAs are responsible for supporting warehouse operations, managing package flow, assisting delivery drivers, and ensuring smooth dispatch activities.
This role provides hands-on exposure to logistics and supply chain operations, with strong opportunities for career growth into supervisory and operations roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations:
- Assist in inbound and outbound package handling, scanning, sorting, and staging. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in package flow.
- Driver Support:
Coordinate with delivery drivers for load assignment, dispatch readiness, and provide on-ground operational support during peak hours.
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency.Perform physical tasks including package handling, support team targets, and ensure adherence to performance metrics.Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications
- Daily Operations:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations (Freshers can apply)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexible shifts
- Basic understanding of scanning devices and warehouse processes
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and accountability
- Physically fit for long shifts and package handling
