Job Summary:
Shri Kisna Realty is hiring a Lease Coordination & Business Development Executive with experience in commercial real estate leasing or business development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate commercial leasing activities
- Generate leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Schedule property visits and client meetings
- Follow up with prospects and assist in closing deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lease execution
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Leasing or Business Development preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a client-focused approach
