Job Description
We are looking for a Service Team Manager who is confident, responsible, and capable of handling clients and managing the team effectively.
The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, responding to emails, resolving client queries, and managing the service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client calls professionally and resolve customer queries.
- Handle email replies and provide timely responses to clients and customers.
- Manage and coordinate the service team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure work is completed on time.
- Guide, support, and motivate team members.
- Handle client complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain proper communication between clients, team members, and management.
- Follow up with clients whenever required.
- Prepare and maintain basic service-related reports.
- Take responsibility for daily team activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Be bold, confident, and proactive at work.
- Take quick decisions and handle challenging situations professionally.
