From body language to gestures to contextual speech intent, the software maps every key knowledge and skill parameter. Robust, customizable reports help you identify critical gaps and improvement areas. Since its launch, the Awarathon Platform has seen extensive usage by various trusted brands (including Dr. Reddy's, Glenmark, Bajaj Housing Finance, Sun-pharma, IPCA, Mankind, OPPO Phones, etc.). Our clients have on an average seen (1) up to 40% reduction in new hire onboard time (2) up to 60% reduction in training cost (3) substantial increase in sales, since the regular usage of our platform.
Job Description:
● Assessment Testing (Testing will involve participating in assessments on the platform)
● Create and participate in assessments to check the complete flow
● Identify errors/issues during testing and report them properly
● Create tickets for all identified issues with proper details and evidence
● Follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution
● Re-test after fixes to ensure issues are resolved
● Ensure smooth functioning and quality of assessments
Requisite Skills:
● Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
● Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (graduate in B.COM/M.COM/MBA)
● Good communication skills (basic English & Hindi)
● Attention to detail and ability to identify errors
● Ability to follow up and coordinate with team members
● Basic problem-solving skills
